Gift Guide For Mother’s Day – 2023

This year I’ll be celebrating my fifth Mother’s Day as a mama, and as for all mamas, Mother’s Day is one of the best holidays to celebrate. And as a mom, I know that feeling of giving and receiving, especially to your own moms. Making their day a little bit better, brighter, and more special. So, this is a great opportunity to find something interesting and different as a gift for your moms, sisters, grandmas and loved ones. Now, let’s dive into gifts for this year that I’ve rounded up based on previously purchased items for myself, mother and some from my wishlist. And the best part is that most of these gift ideas are super affordable.

Gift Guide For Mother’s Day – 2023

Dr. Zenovia Skincare Set

This is an amazing gift idea for women in general. Dr. Zenovia skincare products are my favorite. I have been using their moisturizer for over two years now and I have the best results with them. It’s a great idea for mother’s day. 

Vases- Modern & Contemporary

Personally, I would love to receive vases as gifts, because I love house decor the most. And this is also an amazing gift because it will be useful for any woman and house. Check out the set below, it’s an amazing deal for a bundle of minimalistic vases. 

Silk Pillowcases

This is definitely on my wishlist. Silk pillowcases are great for hair, face and neck. I’ve linked a few below, check them out. 

Perfume

I am obsessed with perfume, I’ve had so many by now and I made a list of my top 3 scents that I always reach for are YSL Libre, Good Girl, and Jo Malone. These are on a little sweet scent side. I’ll leave a description below for you. 

• YSL Libre is a fresh, strong and crisp perfume. Top notes are lavender, black currant, mandarin, and petit grain. ( I always reach for it, it is not super sweet as it sounds, more on the fresh side)

• Good Girl Top notes are almond, coffee, bergamot, lemon, jasmine, and orange blossom. (This one lasts for an entire day, even unto 3 days)
• Jo Malone English Pear and Freesia with top notes of pear and melon. And Peony and Blush Suede with top notes of red apple, peony rose and jasmine.

Candles

A grown up gift idea. This scent is slightly floral and refreshing. I love this brand of candles, and nothing compares to this one. 

Swarovski 

My top favorite jewelry brand. They have the most elegant necklaces, pendants and bracelets. Such a wide range of variety from minimalistic, dainty jewelry to something more bold or classic. I’ve worn my necklace for about 3 years now and its still really beautiful. 

Candle Holders

Super affordable but functional gift idea. I’ve linked a few below, which are also in minimalistic style, which could fit into any home.

Charcuterie Board

This is always a great gift idea. Perfect for family gatherings, parties and dates. 

Marble Tray

This would be beautiful on any countertop. They’re durable and very minimalistic, sleek design. This is a multifunctional gift because it has many functions and purposes. I gifted a marble to try to my mother, last year, and she uses it table decor and sometimes for decorating cakes. A real marble tray could be used for pictures, for makeup, perfume or skincare products and even food!

Naked Palette

It’s one of the best eyeshadow palettes, with a variety of nude to pastel colors.
